The flashlight beam is perfect for lighting up objects at great distances or large areas. The pivoting head allows the user to prop the lantern on its back for easy hands-free use or as a convenient area light. The floodlight setting has the same 3 user-selectable brightness settings of 650, 380, and a “Survival Mode” of 25 lumens that provides just enough light in an emergency situation with nearly a week of constant run-time (150 hrs).
