Quick Donning and Easy Adjustment
The harness is equipped with FAST opening buckles on the waistbelt, sternal attachment area, and leg loops. These allow the harness to be fastened and removed efficiently, including while wearing gloves.
DOUBLEBACK self-locking buckles on the shoulder straps and waistbelt provide fine adjustment. Anti-slip devices on the buckles help maintain the selected adjustment during the workday.

A dedicated LADDER CLIMB ventral attachment point is provided for progression along compatible vertical rail or cable-based fall-protection systems.
The attachment point can accommodate a compatible fall-arrest trolley and is positioned to help distribute the load appropriately. In a fall, the system is designed to move upward toward the sternal area to support a more vertical post-fall body position.

The different attachment points should only be used for their specified purposes and with compatible equipment. In particular, work-positioning and restraint points should not be substituted for dedicated fall-arrest attachment points.
Comfort for Extended Work
The harness uses contoured foam and breathable material across the shoulder straps, waistbelt, and leg loops. Widely spaced shoulder straps help reduce neck chafing, while the semi-rigid waistbelt and leg loops provide support during work.
Adjustable dorsal straps and an adjustable strap between the dorsal plate and waistbelt allow the harness to be positioned for different body sizes. The leg-loop padding can also be repositioned to help achieve a better fit.
Practical Equipment Management
The VOLT WIND is designed with working technicians in mind. The waistbelt includes two equipment loops and two slots for CARITOOL holders or TOOLBAG pouches, providing convenient locations for compatible tools and accessories.
