Dual-Leg Design for Continuous Connection
The two independent retractable legs allow the worker to maintain connection while transitioning between approved anchorage points. Instead of having to completely disconnect from one anchor before connecting to another, the twin-leg arrangement is designed to support continuous connection when used correctly.
This makes the SRL particularly useful for work environments involving structural steel, construction, maintenance, and other tasks where workers frequently reposition themselves at height.
Important: Both legs should be used only in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and an appropriate fall-protection plan. The twin-leg design does not mean both legs should be connected to incompatible or unapproved anchorage locations simultaneously.
Self-Retracting Webbing
Each leg uses a retractable Dyneema® webbing lifeline. The webbing extends and retracts as the worker moves, helping reduce unnecessary slack between the worker and the SRL.
