The NS Bikes RAG+ 3 White is a versatile drop-bar gravel bike designed to handle much more than paved roads. The RAG+ 3 is intended to be a true all-rounder. Its drop-bar configuration works well for road riding and commuting, while the generous tire clearance gives it the ability to tackle gravel and rougher mixed-surface routes.
The frame accommodates 700C tires up to 45C and can also accept 650B/27.5-inch wheels with tires up to 2.2 inches, depending on the configuration. This gives riders flexibility to prioritize speed on pavement or additional volume and comfort on rougher surfaces.
Revised Gravel Geometry
NS Bikes revised the RAG+ frame geometry to make the bike more stable and comfortable. The updated design uses taller head tubes, a longer reach, and a slightly slacker head angle compared with earlier generations.
This creates a more confident riding position for longer gravel rides without turning the bike into a purely relaxed touring machine. It still retains a sporty character suitable for fitness riding and faster mixed-surface routes.
AL6061-T6 Aluminum Frame
The frame is constructed from custom-formed and butted AL6061-T6 aluminum tubing. Critical areas use smooth double-pass welding, while the tapered integrated head tube adds compatibility with the supplied modern fork and headset configuration.
The rear uses 142×12 mm thru-axle spacing, providing a secure wheel connection and a stiff platform for gravel riding.
The frame also includes a removable rear derailleur hanger, allowing the drivetrain configuration to be serviced or adjusted as needed.
SRAM Apex 1x11 Drivetrain
The RAG+ 3 uses a SRAM Apex 1x11-speed drivetrain. A single 42-tooth chainring works with a wide-range 11-42T Microshift CS-H113 cassette, giving the bike a straightforward gear setup without the added complexity of a front derailleur.
This arrangement provides a useful combination of lower gearing for climbs and a higher range for faster road sections.

Mechanical Disc Brakes
Stopping power comes from Tektro MD-C510 mechanical disc brakes using 160 mm rotors at both ends. Mechanical disc brakes are relatively straightforward to service and offer consistent braking performance across changing riding conditions.
The frame and fork use flat-mount disc brake interfaces, keeping the braking system integrated with the gravel-oriented chassis.
700C Gravel Wheels and WTB Tires
The RAG+ 3 comes equipped with NS Bikes Gravel+ 700C wheels featuring 32-hole rims and a tubeless-ready design. The wheels use a 15×100 mm front hub and 12×142 mm rear hub.
For traction, the bike uses WTB Riddler 700×45C tires, giving the bike substantial air volume for gravel and mixed terrain while maintaining the rolling characteristics expected from a 700C gravel setup.
Practical Cockpit
The bike uses an NS Flare 31.8 handlebar, available in different widths depending on frame size. Its flared shape is suited to gravel riding by providing a stable hand position and additional control on rough surfaces.
The supplied NS Bikes RAG+ stem is also size-specific and uses a reversible -7°/+7° configuration, allowing some adjustment of the riding position.
Adventure-Friendly Design
The RAG+ 3 is not limited to short recreational rides. Its frame design and mounting points make it suitable for carrying equipment for longer adventures, commuting, or practical everyday use.
